RETURN AND EXCHANGE
The period for returning and exchanging goods is within 14 calendar days from the date of sale, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, provided that the integrity and originality of the goods are preserved. Used goods cannot be exchanged or returned.
In cases of technological defects of goods that do not depend on the buyer, we provide free service to eliminate them. We service and repair only products of our own production.

To exercise the right to return or exchange, the goods must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. You can return the product if it does not fit your size or for any other reason not related to its defects.
Terms of exchange and return:● The product must be unused and in its original condition (packaging, tags, labels).Returns and exchanges are not accepted for goods that were made individually to your order.The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the goods are defective or delivered by mistake.

WARRANTY
We care about the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. That is why we provide a 6-month warranty for all our products. This means that during this period, we are ready to eliminate defects that have arisen through the fault of the manufacturer or replace the product if it does not meet the declared characteristics.
Warranty terms:
● The warranty covers defects caused by faulty manufacturing techniques or the use of improper materials.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, wear and tear of the product during operation, or damage caused by accidents.

Lifetime replacement of hardware for garment bags:
We also provide a no-questions-asked replacement of the hardware on the garment bags. If you have any problems with the hardware on your garment bags, no matter when you made your purchase, you can contact us and we will replace it for free.
